Founded by Michael Vendetti, a former partner with a PCAOB registered firm and more than 15 years of experience in both financial reporting, U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS and PCAOB standards.
Michael has worked with companies that are pre-revenue to $100M+ to provide outstanding client service and solutions to complex areas of accounting and financial reporting. As a partner, he led the audit group coaching staff at all levels to help deepen their knowledge and equip them to be effective professionals. He has a hands on approach, acting as a guide that fosters an environment of team work and collaboration with clients to ensure a smooth and effective engagement.
